These terms apply to framing, canvas printing, and related services offered by Four Frames, HB 37, RM Colony Main Road, Dindigul - 624 001, Tamil Nadu, India. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to them.

The work

We create photo frames, canvas prints, collage layouts, and custom framing to the specification agreed with you. Quotes, sizes, materials, and dates are confirmed before we cut or print. Custom pieces are made to order and may not be suitable for return unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to reproduce any photograph or artwork you give us. Original prints and files remain yours. We take reasonable care of items left with the studio but you should keep copies of digital files and consider the irreplaceable value of old prints before leaving them.

Approvals

Crop, colour, and layout for canvas and collage work are based on the files and instructions you provide. Please review proofs when we offer them. Once you approve, remakes for a change of mind may be charged.

Timelines and collection

Completion dates are estimates given in good faith. Collection is from the studio unless delivery is arranged. Uncollected work may be stored for a reasonable period; after that we will try to contact you before deciding next steps.

Payment

Prices are agreed at the studio. A deposit may be required for custom or large orders. Balances are due on collection or delivery unless we agree otherwise.

Care and warranty

We stand behind careful finishing. If a fault in our workmanship appears under normal home use, bring the piece back and we will repair or remake it as appropriate. Damage from accidents, moisture, harsh cleaners, or prolonged direct sun is not covered.

Website

This site is provided for information. Images are editorial and may include representative photography. Product availability and finishes can change. We are not responsible for third-party fonts, maps, or image hosts used to display the pages.

Limitation

Our liability is limited to the value of the framing work commissioned, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not responsible for indirect loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, unless the law requires otherwise.
